Who We Are
Auto Variante was founded in
1975, by
José Manuel Pinto Salgado, in Torres Novas at Rua das Freiras, with general mechanical service, bodywork, and auto painting. It has over 30 years of experience, of which its customers and friends have always depended on a high quality service and a high degree of professionalism, it also offers a 24hours emergency service.
In November 1991, was held the move to new premises with the appearance of the official representation of the Fiat / Lancia. With this change it also opened a passenger Service Station, with the representation of BP.
During 1997 there was a restructuring of facilities, including most importantly, the construction of a new pavilion, with a very wide range of associated services.
The tire service section and wheel alignment by infrareds was inaugurated in 2000.
Since the beginning of 2002 we started representing officially TOYOTA, of which are associated all after-sales services.
From December 2005, after we carried out renovation works in the TOYOTA workshop, we now provide a service with even more quality to customers, now, while you are waiting for your car you can quietly drink coffee, read the newspaper or surf the internet.
